Once your order is shipped, you'll receive tracking information keep you updated on your delivery status. Standard delivery time is 5-9 business days. Please allow additional time for deliveries during peak seasons or holidays.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Ayzels Boutique, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. If you have encountered any issues with the product, we offer a store credit or exchange the product if it is in stock. Our aim is to build trust and ensure that you can shop with confidence, we are here to assist you.

All items must be returned within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original conditions with tags attached.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately for assistance.

You should submit a package opening 360° video without pausing or stopping and this video is must to process your returns. Once we authorize the video, we will gladly offer you a store credit or exchange the product if it is in stock.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged product.

Any products purchased from clearance/ sale section will not be eligible for returns/refunds under our Returns Policy.
